Culture shock

When i look at the big picture of culture schock i see that we americans are so spoiled its not even funny a majority of us take so much for granted like the fact that we live in a less hectic society. When i visted family in russia i noticed alot of people rushing and driving fast trying to get through the small little downtown roads. needless to say my uncle broke many rules and we just drove on the sidewalk. i find it crazy that our plumming never gets damaged when in russia they shut your plumming off at like 3:00 in the morning also the fact that we have cars in russia the cars are from the ninities yes its developed but money their is crap everyones poor. What i dislike about the suburbs is that we see everything negative nothing positive our culture is all about the now while in europe its all about the past. When i visited the first time in russia it was hard for me to get use to the time, the friendly people, the open drunkness of the poor and the cats and dogs roaming the street like they were just like us. i rather enjoyed it and would love to live in that kind of world.
